What needs a separate estimate
Fireplace mounting, electrical work and concealment beyond the approved optional kit. Standard online TV orders are limited to the eligible TV delivery area; pickup and nationwide shipping are not offered.

Can I plan TVs for more than one room?
Yes. The shared room-by-room builder lets you configure multiple TVs in one purchase, with each room reviewed as its own setup. You can add, edit or remove rooms before checkout.
Are soundbars, mounts and installation included?
Soundbars, compatible mounts and installation are optional choices in the builder, with pricing shown in your quote. Suggested hardware still needs your review and acceptance. TV, delivery, installation and applicable tax are itemized separately.
Where can you deliver a TV order?
Online TV orders are available within the standard TV delivery area, checked by ZIP code at the start. If your ZIP is outside that area, we will explain the next step and provide a contact option rather than treating it as an eligible online TV order.
When is a TV or appointment confirmed?
TVs are sourced on demand, and supply is confirmed by our team after order submission. Any requested installation appointment is not confirmed until that readiness check is complete.
What installation work is not included in a standard quote?
Fireplace and other custom mounting, electrical work and concealment beyond the builder’s approved optional power-relocation kit require a separate estimate. The optional kit uses an existing outlet and is subject to its listed installation requirements.
Why do I verify my contact before building an order?
A one-time code verifies the email address or cellphone number you choose so we can securely open the purchasing builder. It is transactional only; it does not subscribe you to marketing email or service texts.
